G&V Contracts specialise in commercial refurbishment projects and high-end residential building works, using highly skilled teams of project managers, site foremen, site fitters and carpenters.
We were established in 2004 as a small joinery-based company and have grown to become the partner of choice for clients in sectors as varied as childcare, schools, retail, hospitality, healthcare and leisure.
Our guiding mission is to provide innovative solutions to complex projects. We pay meticulous attention to detail and offer a complete design, build and fit-out service. Our success in adapting our skills to customer requirement has resulted in exceptional levels of satisfaction and long-term relationships with our clients.

Daniel has worked in the construction and refurbishment industry for over 25 years. After gaining a BSc Honours degree in construction management, Daniel spent over a decade with some of the biggest names in construction services before joining G&V in 2015. Daniel’s achievements include becoming a finalist in the CIOB Construction Manager of the Year and managing the construction of the 2011 Building of the Year, as recognized by the Royal Institute of British Architects.

David joined G&V in 2008 as Senior Contracts Manager, rapidly rising to the position of Director in April 2009. He started his career as a bench joiner and has spent over 30 years in the building and contracts trade. David has a talent for coming up with creative ways to tackle technical challenges. At G&V he is responsible for overseeing multiple refurbishment projects as well as supervising maintenance works and joinery manufacture.

Katie joined the business in 2010 and has progressed though the business with over 13 years’ experience managing company accounting, she is responsible for overseeing and managing our company’s finance and has been fundamental to the company’s growth.
