Work began on the refurbishment of Southall Youth Activity Centre (YAC) in June of this year, and it is already at an advanced stage. The design and the activities have been led by young people, who will be using the centre.

We are thrilled to announce that we have been entrusted with the refurbishment of an extraordinary Grade ll listed building.
The archway bears the building’s former name, “Philological School,” along with its founding date, 1792. The plaque above the main entrance reveals its later identity as “St Marylebone Grammar School,” a name it adopted after World War II. This offers a unique glimpse into the architectural elegance and educational heritage of the late 18th century.
This building exudes character and history, and it is a huge privilege to be part of its evolving story and growing future.
We are honored to be a part of the team responsible for regenerating the YAC on behalf of Ealing.
It’s heartwarming to hear about the engineer’s dedication and willingness to help in unexpected situations, such as rescuing a distressed duck and her babies. It truly showcases their compassion and ability to think on their feet, even outside their normal scope of work. It’s moments like these that highlight the humanity and kindness that exists in people beyond their professional roles.
We are pleased to release our new updated website and currently rebranding
We are currently on site undertaking a refurbishment of a mid-19th century, Grade ll listed building that originally adjoined a large paper mill. Working closely to restore the existing features and at the same time modernise the use into an up-to-date commercial environment. As well as a full internal refurbishment, the entire externals are being restored back to their previous glory including the river which runs around the entire perimeter of the building.
We have recently finished a high end, fast, shop fit refurbishment in one of the counties busiest outlet villages. It was the full refurbishment of an UGG store, with works which included the full remodelling of the stores front and rear of house, with new joinery, lighting, flooring, mechanical works and soft furnishings. Works were completed during day and night shifts to ensure it was finished in the shortest period possible, so the store could re-open with minimal impact on their trade.
During this school summer shutdown, we have completed large remodelling and refurbishment projects within schools across London. One academy, which was designed by the prestigious architect Sir Norman Foster, which accommodate a diverse mix of children with different disabilities. We created new classroom space, toilet refurbishment including IPS panels, hygiene room, music rooms, sensory rooms, office space, reception, and external play areas. The works include the installation of specialist equipment including automatic hoists and electronic high adjustable sanitaryware, and sensory equipment.
Works were appreciated by the client’s team which they kindly put into the words below:
I was very pleased with the installations and associated builders work, decorations etc. Please pass on my appreciation to your team, especially the site supervisor, fitters, carpenters and painters.
To be honest, when you suggested at the Pre-Start Meeting that you were happy to include the whole of the works during the summer, I had grave reservations but, happily these turned out to be unfounded.
